Frequently asked questions:
Q: Do I need any special equipment?
A: You need access to a gym with at a minimum dumbbells and an adjustable bench. There are machine-based exercises included in the program too. It would be great to have access to those, however exercises can be exchanged where needed.
Q: How long are the workouts?
A: Workouts are designed to be efficient, typically lasting 1 hour max, meaning you’ll only spent around 3 hours in the gym each week.
Q: What if I miss a day?
A: No worries! The program is flexible and you can adjust it according to your schedule. Ideally stick to the schedule as written in the program, but if needed you can adjust, as long as you get all the weekly sessions in.
Q: Why 4 weeks?
This program is meant to be a kick starter, to get you on your way in your fitness journey. In 4 weeks time you can build a good routine and build basic strength, which will set you up for more success later on!
